Areas of support

I offer a warm, non-judgemental approach that recognises that every person is unique and every person’s path is unique.

This means I work with people across a range of experiences, including:

  • Anxiety - racing thoughts, difficulty switching off, or feeling constantly “on alert”

  • Depression - low mood, loss of motivation, or feeling disconnected from things that used to matter

  • Grief and loss - adjusting to a death, the end of a relationship, or any other significant loss, and the many feelings that come with it

  • Life transitions - navigating periods of change, including career changes, parenthood, perimenopause, menopause and separation

  • Self-esteem and identity - a sense of being "stuck" or lacking direction; a wish to understand yourself more deeply - being curious about who you are, what drives you

  • Stress management - feeling overloaded, burnt out, or struggling to find balance between competing demands

  • Relationship challenges - patterns that keep repeating, communication that breaks down, or feeling unseen by people who matter to you

  • Trauma - carrying the impact of past distressing experiences that still shape how you feel or respond today.

I don't focus on diagnosing or labelling what's "wrong" - I work in a way that's trauma-informed, affirming of neurodivergence, respectful of who you already are, and mindful of the systems and power dynamics that shape people's lives.
